Day 1 Labs
DAY 1 • LAB 1
Implant Impressions + Digital Scanning
Practice conventional closed-tray pickup using the BioHorizons conical impression system, then learn the digital scanning workflow using the 3Shape TRIOS intraoral scanner. Compare analog vs. digital workflows on the same model.
What's Provided
• Conical impression kit (guns + purple mousse) — 1 per 2 attendees
• 3Shape TRIOS scanner ×2
• SmartShape Healer model ×4
• Conical Prosthetics scanning model ×1
• SigmaGraft JCR MX (RT) jaw model
Day 2 Labs
DAY 2 • LAB 1
Guided Multi-Implant Placement
Use 3DDiagnostix surgical guides to place two implants of different diameters in planned positions. Covers multi-implant spacing, parallel placement with a guide, and site-specific diameter selection.
Implants Provided
• 2× TPC 3.8×10.5mm Regular platform per attendee
• 2× TPC 4.6×10.5mm Regular platform per attendee
• Conical Wide + Extra Wide healing caps
DAY 2 • LAB 2
Freehand Multi-Implant Placement
Place two additional implants freehand on the same model. Develops tactile awareness of parallelism between multiple implants and contrasts with the guided Lab 1 experience.
• 4× TPC 4.2×12mm sample implants per attendee
Lab Vendors
